Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council

Plyer, Chair Chair called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM. A quorum was established. In the absence of the Secretary, Chair Dave Plyer requested that meeting notes be taken by Cathy Corry. There was no objection. Minutes of the 4/17/06 and 6/12/06 Executive Committee meetings were approved as submitted. The 2007 annual meeting calendar for the Council was discussed. A proposed annual meeting calendar will be presented to the Council members at the 7/27/06 Council meeting. The proposed calendar reflects dates and times for the following: quarterly Executive Committee meetings; monthly Council meetings for 10 months of the year; varying daytime/evening Council meetings. After the meeting dates and times are accepted by the Council, the final calendar will be subject to change depending on facility reservation options. Draft agenda for the 7/27/06 Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council meeting was discussed and accepted. There was discussion with a community member about the Councils and Boards. Meeting adjourned at 8:43 PM.
