Executive Committee Meeting
November 14, 2005

Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County

 

Jackie Griffin Doherty (Chair), Tammy Hillier- Flowers, (Vice Chair), Stephanie Prestwood (Secretary), Anthony Hinson (Parliamentarian), Matthew Sullivan (Member), Cathy Corry  (Member), Diana Boyce, (DJJ CRISP), Earl Reeves (JWB), Debra Prewitt (JWB).

 

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 a.m. The purpose of this meeting was to set the agenda for the 11/17/05 PCJJC meeting.

 

Approval of the October 19th Executive Committee Minutes.  Tammy Hillier made a motion to approve the minutes of September 13th and September 20, 2005.  Anthony Hinson seconded. The minutes were approved.

 

The Vice Chair announced she has secured the dates for the next FY - February-September 2006 PCJJC meetings except for January. The Chair requested she contact JWB and see if a room was available for January 2006.

The Chair also requested the Vice Chair secure a site for the October-December 2006 meeting dates.

 

The Chair announced that the Outreach committee would be securing the sites for the night meetings

 

New Business: Setting the Agenda

• Welcome; Call to order

• Letters of Appreciation- Chair to present letters of Appreciation

• Attendance and Quorum Count – Parliamentarian -Tony Hinson

• Approval of the  9/22/05 and  10/27/05 meeting minutes

• Unfinished business: Committee reports- Needs, Outreach, Planning, Zero Tolerance.

• Public Comment.

• Adjourn

 

Anthony Hinson made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Tammy Hillier Flowers seconded the motion.  All in favor.  Motion carried.

 

The meeting adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
